Surrogate's Court Mediation
Surrogate's Court mediation is designed to assist individuals resolve contested probate/surrogate's court matters.
We do not charge a fee for court-referred mediation. Non-court referred mediations are charged a $25 administrative fee for each party to the mediation. If you cannot pay due to financial hardship, we will ask you to complete a Waiver and your session will be free. Payment is expected before your mediation date is scheduled. Surrogate’s Court matters to be mediated include:

A specially trained mediator familiar with Surrogate’s Court’s practices and terminologies, coupled with special training in mediating disputes, will be assigned to your case.
